First 20 Apr 1924 in Hart Co., GA Gladdy Fleming (1907-1962), they have two boys: James Boyd (1927-1989), Kenneth Eugene (1935-1981) and three girls: Betty (1929-), Shirley L. (1933-) and Ruby Ann. He married at second time Betty Sarratt (1924-2004)
